For Floatplane Friday, here's a DHC-3 DeHavilland Otter with a turbine conversion getting the floats pulled and replaced with wheels in preparation for getting skis.

It can be. I usually rotate between that and low flying Friday, or just flying Friday depending on what strikes my fancy.

That would be cool. Id enjoy it at least. You know with all the varied intrests of the Jaloposhpere. I am surprised there are no articles about "The Schnieder Cup" from the 1920s and 30s on here. An international arms race of crazy fast float planes that helped give birth to iconic fighters like the Supermarine Spitfire

Awesome it may be a week or 2 before I have the time to do it. (ive got 100 hours in at work this week and the norm is still 70+) but I will reply back to you on here when its ready
